Refund and Returns Policy

NO REFUNDS; EXCHANGE ONLY IN CASE OF DEFECT

We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction. Nourishmate Healthy Solutions Pvt Ltd return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. The exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days

The return of the products would happen within 3 to 4 days.

If we cancel your order due to the unavailability of the product, a complete refund will be provided.

Exchange is only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
  • The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
  • The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you after the exchange pick-up is done.

In case of any delivery-related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order is delivered.

Cancellation:
  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product.
  • If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Nourishmate reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
  • Damaged and defective products replacement /exchange will be processed with in 5-7 business days
DISCLAIMER

Please bear in mind that minor variations on the colour and texture of the packaging can occur from what is visible in the product pictures on the website due to the assorted technological and physical restrictions of the digital medium.  Most of our products are produced in small batches, and this can lead to minor variations in physical appearance or taste because of the manufacturing and artisanal process. The buyer acknowledges this risk when they agree to these terms and conditions.
